The Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010
The Council has undertaken a review of its Building Regulation Charges and hereby gives notice in accordance with Regulation 12 of The Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010 (known as the Regulations), that its “2019 Scheme” will be withdrawn on 5th April 2026 and a new scheme of Charges will come into effect on that date.
Copies of the 2026 Scheme of Charges are available for inspection at the Building Control Offices at Magdalen House, 30 Trinity House, Bootle between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.
