Couch to 5k is designed for beginners to gradually build up from little or no running to be able to run a 5k in 10 weeks.
We run multiple couch sessions through out the year. With the courses starting in January, April, and September
Sessions will take place every Monday and Wednesday 6-7pm for 10 weeks.
