The Council recently engaged on master planning work for two key areas in Bootle, Site of St Johns House and the Hawthorne Road/Canal Corridor. These have now been approved.

The masterplans will be used to help guide development in these locations and will be a material consideration when considering planning applications. They will support policies in the Bootle Area Action Plan.
