The Council are currently working with consultants on Masterplans for two areas in Bootle. They are:
- Site of St Johns House and neighbouring land, and
- The Hawthorne Road/Canal Corridor
The draft Masterplans are now available for comment. These are available below:

Comments can be made on the draft Masterplans by 5pm on Monday 18th August 2025.
To provide more information and answer any questions, the Council are holding a drop in event at Bootle Strand on Tuesday 12th August (noon to 4pm).
You can make comments by printing off the form below and submitting it to the Planning Department.
