As easy as it can be
Cllr Paulette Lappin, Sefton Cabinet Member for Regulatory, Compliance and Corporate Services said: “Although it is essential for so many services the Council provides, none of us enjoy paying our Council Tax bill, but at least My Account makes the process as easy as it can be.
“Plus, people and businesses talking advantage of the simpler My Account services online mean our Contact Centre or One Stop Shops can focus on those people who really need their assistance, which in turn helps to keep the Council’s costs down.”
Help to get online
Because Sefton Council understands some people do not have easy access to the Internet and smart phones to find information online, it provides free computer, Internet and Wi-Fi access at local Sefton libraries. And anyone struggling to get online can contact the Council’s Contact Centre on 0345 140 0845.
