Active Sefton Park Nights Return for Summer 2025!
01 July 2025 2 min read
Active Sefton’s popular Park Nights are back this summer, offering free, fun-packed evenings for young people across the borough.
Running every weekday evening from 7th July to 29th August, Park Nights will bring exciting sports and activities to local parks throughout Sefton, giving young people a safe and positive way to spend their summer evenings outdoors.
What are Park Nights?
Park Nights are free activity sessions held from 5–7pm, designed to keep young people active, help them try new sports, and reduce anti-social behaviour by providing fun alternatives close to home.
Each session offers a mix of activities including:
- Inflatable sports
- Archery
- Crazy Golf
- Kin-Ball
- Go Karts
- Multi-sport games (activities may vary weekly and depend on the weather)
These sessions follow on from the successful Active Sefton Park Nights held during October half-term as part of Operation Banger, which provided safe, supervised fun in eight Sefton parks. Park Nights are organised by Active Sefton and funded by the Merseyside Police Crime Commissioner.
