Change, Grow, Live are a national charity that offers free, confidential support to people in who have issues with drugs, alcohol, or mental health. Commissioned by Sefton to provide services to children & families.

  • Links with employment services to support parents looking for childcare to aid employment.  
  • Relationships with health visiting colleagues to ensure consistent messages are shared with families 

Online digital support for parents/adults: Children, young people and families can gain information, advice and guidance through the Sefton Council Webpage and Social Media platforms.  

Netherton Feelgood Factory is a community-led, healthy living centre, operating in Sefton in Merseyside. The Feelgood Factory provides services for the whole community from childhood to old age, in order to promote health and well-being as holistically as possible. The programme of activities is delivered both in the centre and through outreach work elsewhere in Sefton.

  • Home-Start is a voluntary organisation committed to supporting the welfare of families with at least one child under 11 years of age. 
  • Trained Volunteers offer weekly support, friendship and practical help to families under stress in their own homes to prevent family crisis and breakdown.  Home-Start provide a free counselling service for supported parents and run weekly baby and toddler groups in the community for isolated families.  
  •  Weekly Pram walks, holiday activities and day trips for families. Provide baby clothes and equipment through our re-use project. 

Happy ‘N’ Healthy Sefton is a collaboration of public health partners (including Active Sefton, CGL, Sexual Health, Kooth, the 0-19 service and Smoke Free Sefton), which provides integrated universal health and wellbeing support for children and young people aged 0-19 (up to 25 with SEND).

Light for Life Hubs: Drop-in advice and assistance relating to housing issues and those at risk of homelessness. Access to Social Housing Register (PPP), Housing Standards, Landlord disputes and legal advice, Eviction Notices, assistance to resolve rent arrears. Early Help Housing Practitioner: early intervention at Front Door triage process to provide generalist housing advice and assistance. 

Netherton Park Neighbourhood Centre is a safe and fun environment. It is a place to learn, play and socialise.  

Information and signposting on all sexual health related issues including emergencies, sexual abuse, treatments, online condom & STI screening ordering (16+). Information & news also circulated on social media platforms. 

Swan work with women and girls aged 13+ years, who are affected by or experience anxiety, depression, stress, isolation, or other mental health issues. We provide a range of services such as Counselling, as well as an Outreach Service for those who struggle to leave their home, a Befriending Service, as well as a number of Women's Support Groups.  

Woodvale and Ainsdale Community Association (WACA) is a registered charity in Woodvale, Southport. We provide daytime, evening, and school holiday activities for people in the local community.  

SEAS is a group of local charities (Sefton CVS, PSS, Parenting 2000, MYA Space & Venus) families to aspire and achieve through providing bespoke emotional well-being support, delivered at the right time and right place through voluntary sector consortium working.
