The area around Crosby beach, and Crosby Marine Park stretches from Waterloo to the estuary of the River Alt at Hightown. The Coastal Park is currently home to Antony Gormley's Another Place.
The site is ideal for many activities such as birdwatching, flying kites, walking and picnics. Facing west, there are fine views of the Iron Men, the docks, North Wales and excellent sunsets. You can also visit Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre our purpose-built water sports and visitor centre, featuring a bistro, gym and conference centre.
Crosby Coastal park also hosts The Bus Yard. The bus Yard is a vibrant out door bar and street food area
Always check the safety signage and flags present before entering the water on the coast. And if you have any questions, the friendly lifeguards are happy to chat. More info can be found: Water Safety
