If you receive Housing Benefit payments directly you can view certain details about your tenant’s Housing Benefits claims and payments online using the Landlord Portal.
This includes:
- Individual claims including next payment due
- Check deductions due to overpayments
- Payments
You will need to register to access the portal, to do this please provide your current details, including the details of your nominated ‘Lead User’ using the link below:
Landlord Portal Registration Form
Note: Lead Users must be a person and not a generic title such as Rent Payments.
Please complete a separate form for each Landlord Reference you manage. If you use the same Lead User/email address for each, we will link the accounts for you.
Once you have registered and we are ready to set up the account for you, we will send you a user guide and instructions on how to add other users in your organisation.
When your account is ready you will receive 2 emails. One will contain your username along with a link to access the portal, the other will contain your password. Both emails are 'one time use' only. You will need to immediately create your own password, and for any future log-in you will need to use the link below:
Landlord Portal Login (existing users only)
If you are having issues logging in please check the list below to see if your question is answered:
Landlord portal accounts have to be set up manually and therefore timescales can vary due to the number of registrations received and the current workload. Please wait 10 working days before contacting us.
Please do not complete another registration form as this will likely cause further delays.
This link is only available for 24 hours. If you have not used it within this time, you will need to contact us and ask for the email to be resent.
This link is also for 'one time only' use. Once you have successfully accessed the portal you will need to use the link sent with your user guide or the 'Landlord Portal Login (existing users only)' link on this page.
Check your spam or junk folder within your email account and add donotreply@citizenaccess.sefton.gov.uk to your contacts or safe senders list.
If you have added this email to your contacts or safe senders list and have still not received your online key or password reset email, you may need to consider the following steps:
- Ask your IT department to 'whitelist' the above email address
- If you are using a mobile app to access your email, try using an internet browser or other device, as some apps may have different security settings.
